Melanie has been an expert in the field of Coaching and Training for over 22 years. Melanie specialises in Business Transformation and Cultural Change. She has a proven track record in the diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of soft skills development interventions improving both individual and business performance.
In the early days, Melanie secured her first L&D role whilst working for Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance. She then furthered her career within the Financial Services Industry working as a UK Contact Centre Training Consultant for Barclays Bank, liaising with banking areas such as Premier Banking, Complaints and Everyday Banking to identify gaps and increase business results through coaching. Melanie was also the lead for implementing leadership coaching and training to assist with behaviours and communication skills aligned to the business vision and targets.
In 2013, Melanie then joined forces with Capita and was the UK Learning Manager for the training team. During her time there, Melanie travelled extensively throughout the UK and also worked on leadership contracts in Bahrain.
Back in 2014, Melanie decided to start up her own consultancy business. Since then she has worked in both public and private sectors for well-known brands and a number of SME businesses in the UK & Ireland.
Melanie is a key player when it comes to transforming business results. Full diagnostic work takes place to assess areas that are of key focus for change. With her extensive skillset and experience, Melanie creates bespoke training solutions for each client and this happens with full collaboration of the Executive Team to ensure the transformative work is fully aligned and engaged with the company’s vision and values.
